1. General terms and conditions
This agreement on the use of the cryptonisation.com website (hereinafter – Agreement) defines the terms and conditions of access for Users to the information materials on the cryptonisation.com website (hereinafter – Website).
User — a person who visits the Website, connects to it, or assists third parties in accessing information and content posted on the Website, as well as links downloaded from the Website or obtained through it.
The Website Administration and the User are collectively referred to as the Parties.
2. Amending the Agreement

4. User obligations
- The User undertakes to refrain from actions that violate general norms and principles of law, as well as national legislation and norms of international law, including those relating to intellectual property. The User undertakes to refrain from actions that may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Website and the Website’s services.
- Quoting or copying materials from the Website, including copyrighted works, is permitted only with the written consent of the Website Administration and with the mandatory indication of an active indexable link to the Website as the source of information.
- Comments and other entries made by the User on the Website must not conflict with the requirements of the legislation of the User’s country of residence, as well as generally accepted standards of morality and ethics.
- The User is prohibited from publishing or transmitting in any other way advertising materials, advertising their services and goods, as well as encouraging participation in pyramid schemes.
- It is prohibited to distribute malicious computer programs and codes, as well as serial numbers for software products, passwords, and other materials that help gain illegal access to other paid products and resources on the Internet on the Website.
- If the User does not agree with the changes to their comment, they have the right to delete it themselves or with the help of the Website Administration.
- The User is prohibited from using a login and password that does not belong to them to access the Website and publications.
- The User undertakes not to use the Website for any illegal activities.
- In the event of a violation by the User of the Website rules listed above, the Website Administration reserves the right to block the user’s account, as well as to contact law enforcement agencies at the place of registration of the Website.
5. Trademarks and authorship
- Registered trademarks and marks mentioned on the Website are the property of their owners.
